We are selective.
AI teams are not worth doing everywhere. Before we build anything, we need to see where it actually changes the economics of your business. Work that gets faster, cheaper, better. Or work that simply was not possible before.

HOW THIS STARTED
Our first MVP was our own company.
We were building AI products for travel. Along the way, we built an AI team to run Exyde itself. Alex on catalogue. Aria on finance. Kira on operations. Max on lead generation. Lucy on travel operations, for around 30 tour operators.
Each with a job. Working every day.
Autonomous. Always on. Proactive. Self-learning. Collaborating with each other.
That internal setup turned out to be the valuable part. Other business owners saw it and asked us to build the same for them. So that is what we do now.
